Description
Schefflera taiwaniana is much sought after and with good reason – the leaves are wonderfully glossy and deep dark green. They’re divided and form whorles of narrow, lance shaped leaflets. It’s hightly exotic forming a wonderful mid-sized shrub. During late summer green-brown flowers form which are followed by black-purple fruit. Relatively hardy in warmer areasof the UK or may br grown indoors to great efect. If growing outside be sure to give it winter protection from frost and freezing conditions.
Requires well-drained but moist soil in full sun or partial shade. Do not allow to become waterlogged.
