Impatiens qingchengshanica ‘Emei Dawn’

Description

Impatiens qingchengshanica ‘Emei Dawn’ is a really pretty variety with beautiful, spurred pale pink flowers which form in late summer to autumn.  The flowers are almost orchid-like with exquisite deep yellow throats speckled in red, contrasting wonderfully against the rich green foliage.

Plant Impatiens in a full to semi-shaded position in moisture retentive fertile soil.  Although deciduous, Impatiens qingchengshanica ‘Emei Dawn’ is hardy, the leaves will die back once the colder weater hits but re-emerge in spring.
