Eucalyptus cordata

Description

Eucalyptus cordata known as the ‘ Heart Shaped Silver leafed Gum’ is a very showy fast growing eucalypyus with bright silver leaves which when young are an attractive heart shape which change as the tree matures to a sickle shape. This is an adaptable eucalyptus which can be grown as a specimen tree or pruned hard each year and kept a a bushy shrub if you prefer. Excellent for cut flower foliage too. Happy in most conditions but avoid waterlogged soils planting in a sunny position.
