Nephrolepsis cordifolia ‘Arctic Jungle’

Description

A wonderfully exotic looking fern with bold vibrant green, lanceolate fronds.  Nephrolepsis cordifolia ‘Arctic Jungle’ is a fabulous variety said to have excellent resistance to cold temperatures.  Reaching up to 1m in height and spread and suitable for shaded or semi shaded positions.  We haven’t tested the hardiness ourselves at Big Plant Nursery but it’s certainly worth a try in milder micro-climates.  Having said that, from our experience, it would make a wonderful conservatory or even houseplant with occasional visits to the garden wherever you live.
